WHAT IS ELITE FIGHTING CONCEPTS ? The EFC program incorporates the use of balance, break-falls, roll-outs, striking, blocking, ground defense and self-defense techniques to build competent, confident and conditioned warriors otherwise known as 21st Century Ninjutsu. There are no belts and everyone works at their own pace for a common goal… a fighting chance to survive if attacked. The EFC program is a complete self-defense and conditioning system. Balance, break-falls and roll-outs are three of the most basic but valuable skills in self defense. Once a person learns how to properly fall and roll, they will be able to protect themselves from serious danger in the event that they are thrown to the ground or slip. Our program prepares you for impact with the ground by teaching you how to fall in all directions, in addition to executing proper forward and backward rolls. You will also learn efficient, fast and powerful strikes that can end an attack quickly. A blend of boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai provides the ultimate combination of devastating punches, elbows, knees and kicks. In fact, Muay Thai is referred to as “The Art of the Eight Limbs”. When you integrate other martial arts techniques such as gouging, slapping, pinching, raking, stomping, ground defense, joint locks and breaks, you truly have an Elite Self-Defense Program designed to increase your odds of survival if ever attacked on the street. Each class will cover the material mentioned above and a portion of the class will be dedicated to Commando Krav Maga, also known as CKM. CKM is considered by many experts to be the most devastating fighting system in the world. The techniques have been battle tested and are used by elite commando units and SWAT forces in Israel and around the world. In the street there are no rules. Train real. |
