Training at L.I. Ninjutsu Centers can do all of this and more. Martial Arts will help you to achieve any goal you set and, of course, you’ll learn to protect yourself with one of the most complete and effective systems ever devised.
Do you feel like you are too old to train, maybe too far out of shape because you haven't worked out in years? Think again! Here at L.I. Ninjutsu Centers, we train in a safe, structured environment free of egos and attitudes.
We are dedicated to helping our students acquire skills in self-defense, and helping them get in the best shape of their lives. Our program will help you stay in shape, gain flexibility, build strength and tone your body. You will also gain endurance and stamina. Most of all, you will learn skills that will benefit you in all areas of your life, including confidence, self-esteem, self-control and patience.
Our highly enjoyable workouts are great for creating fun atmosphere and developing friendships that come along with exercising and training with people that have similar goals and are like-minded. We have a saying “People that kick together, stick together and support one another but most of all they end up building friendships that last a lifetime.” What better way to spend your time than staying fit, developing a skill that could be life-saving all while meeting people that could end up becoming your friends for life.
Our adult students really appreciate the difference between L.I. Ninjutsu Centers training and standard exercise programs. They say they get twice the workout and it's never boring, like the typical gym routines.
L.I. Ninjutsu classes are well known for their stress relieving benefits. The emphasis on mind-body training goes far beyond the benefits of standard, health club type exercise programs.
The confidence building part of our Classical Ninjutsu program is what students appreciate the most. Nothing can take the place of the security in knowing that you can defend yourself if you have to, as well as fend off negative pressure from all the things life has to throw at you on a daily basis.
Self defense is an element you would assume you'd find in all martial arts. Martial arts basically means "military arts." They In ancient Japan, they were the skills that a person used to defend themselves, their families, their loved ones, and their country. The sad reality is that many martial arts schools today are not teaching realistic self defense for the 21st century. At our school, everything we teach is reality based. Our instructors work very hard to insure that most any situation you might encounter is covered in the classroom under very safe conditions, so you will be prepared.
At L.I. Ninjutsu Centers we have worked long and hard to develop an exciting curriculum that will not only teach you proven self defense techniques and concepts, but one that will improve your health and fitness level, reduce your weight and body fat, alleviate your stress, bring about inner balance, calmness, and help you develop a deeper sense of love and compassion.
It is quite simple - Shihan Allie has put together a complete learning experience steeped in traditional martial arts values and ancient principles. The techniques taught are effective for the real-world, and the mindset comes from a warrior culture.
You have heard and seen the stories of the Ninja - Black clad warriors running around in the dead of night with swords strapped to their backs. For some this may conjure of old memories of Hollywood Ninja movies, throwing explosives at the ground and then disappearing in a cloud of smoke. This mystique has intrigued millions of people worldwide to want to become a ninja, or at minimum, think it would be really cool. What if the myth, the illusion were real? What if you could actually become a ninja?
Well, the art of Ninjutsu is being taught freely at L.I. Ninjutsu Centers, just like it was 1000’s of years ago, but it is also being taught with a modern twist. Taking the ancient principles and combining them with modern concepts. Kyoshi Allie has trained with one of the top American Ninja Pioneers as well as traveling to Japan to learn from Japanese masters there. He has taken all of his martial arts experience and developed a system which is not known as 21st Century Ninjutsu – L.I. Ninjutsu Centers. If you become a student of L.I.N.Centers you will learn aspects of Ninjutsu very rarely taught any more even in Japan. You will learn 18 of the 36 Ninja Ryu ha’s in the early stages later on progressing to all 36 skills levels. This is why many modern day law enforcement agents as wells as military personnel have trained at our centers.
Speaking from the bottom of my heart, I must say that I believe the martial arts to be going in two different directions. With one being that of the sport which is Olympic Karate and Judo as well as the MMA – Mixed Martial arts and the other which is the Traditional Martial Arts – which is slowly disappearing. In the sport martial arts which is now becoming very popular with the U.F.C – Ultimate Fighting Championship and most other No Holds Barred competitions the general public is losing sight of the traditional martial arts. With out teaching the martial arts the way they were taught hundreds and thousands of years ago they will be lost forever.

Sport martial arts are for fun and present the participant with a challenge, physical fitness and agility. Of course in all sports there are many lessons to be learned, but most of them center around the game or sport. In the traditional martial arts the practice becomes the life - skill. You may be asking what is the difference? The answer is simple, in sports you learn how to win, to compete, to play the game, but once the game is taken out of the scenario, the lessons are mostly lost. The Martial Arts if taught correctly will encompasses many things from the physical to the mental and spiritual. Enabling the participant, whether it be child or adult to learn skills that will fit into every aspect of their life. The trials and tribulations, the bumps and bruises, the struggle, the defeat, the successes are all part of the learning process in traditional martial arts. I believe our school has developed this type of training system. I have taken 41 years of trial and error, good and bad teachers and have formulated a program that combines all aspects of life, that will most certainly change your life forever.
